The area with the two villas is located in La Conia, less than 2 km from Cannigione, and situated directly by the sea.
The property includes two villas, both on the same plot of land and about 30m apart. One of the villas is completely at the guests' disposal, while the other is divided into two halves - one of which is inhabited by the owners. There is a laundry room in a small adjacent building that can be shared by all the guests.
The villas are surrounded by a large, peaceful garden, which directly faces the sea and where pets can be kept. There are also parking spaces on the property.

La Conia is a district of Cannigione, which can be reached by walking along the beach promenade. A hairdryer is available. Finally, the cottage has a cellar with a washing machine.
